Full Job Description

This position requires a self motivated individual with a high level of organizational skills, an eye for detail, knowledge of human resources and payroll, the ability to multitask and deal effectively with dealership personnel, be a team player and very dependable. This job specifically requires a detail oriented personality with problem solving skills. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conducts new employee sign ups including the input and preparation of paperwork, administering pre-employment tests, background checks, drug test etc.
• Inputting of all insurance and 401k benefits.
• Process all employee terminations including cancelling all benefits, calculating receivables due, processing refunds if any and removing from system.
• Reports all new hires and terminations to the state.
• Helps with Cobra Paperwork.
• EOM reporting to C.F.O and Comptroller.
• Cross train to be able to assist with running payroll cycles when needed.
• Works closely with Payroll clerks.
• Performs other related duties as required and assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Professional personal appearance.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced, high volume atmosphere.
• Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills.
• Strong Computer Skills (Internet, MS Office)
