POSITION TITLE: Technology Education Teacher
POSITION SUMMARY:
A technology/careers teacher is a highly qualified and state certified teacher responsible for delivering specific course content in a differentiated learning environment.

- Rules 46/47: Industrial Technology K-12
- Industrial Education K-12
- Rules 2002: Technology Education with high school setting
- REPA/REPA3: Technology Education 5-12
A qualified teaching candidate will provide instruction, support, and guidance, manage the learning process, and focus on students’ individual needs. The teacher will work actively with students and parents to advance each child’s learning. Demonstrate skills in; differentiating instruction, using a wide range, problem based learning, real world applications, and higher level questioning. Structure the classroom environment to maintain student interest and engagement. Maintain professional responsibility for planning, implementing, and evaluating learning.
