The Data Entry I, provides a wide range of support to the overall Navarro Program. Completes data processing and provides data entry into the various databases, performs data calls without assistance, and occasionally reviews project documents. Aids internal and external users in solving system-related problems and provides general user support.
General Responsibilities and Knowledge Skills :
- Works under minimal supervision to ensure databases are updated and maintained to meet regulatory requirements.
- Level of language skills, mathematical skills, communication skills, reasoning ability and computer skills necessary to perform essential functions of the job.
- Completes data processing and provides data entry into the various databases, performs data calls without assistance, and occasionally reviews project documents.
- Prepares monthly reports, meeting agendas, and various other documents, and performs administrative and records-related duties.
- Comprehensive understanding of principles, concepts, and techniques in the field of database technology and records management.
- Skill and ability to perform complex professional tasks independently, and to analyze and develop innovative solutions to problems.
- Ability to work with broad objectives, with latitude to determine the best way to accomplish tasks.
- Ability to lead certain aspects of a task or project.
- Ability to train and mentor junior staff.
- Ability to work closely with and serve as an intermediary between programming staff and EM NV, contractor, and other stakeholder personnel.
