Navarro is seeking a Production Specialist with a graphic design background to support our Proposal Department in creating visually engaging, high-quality proposals for DOE, DOD, and NASA contracts. This role involves designing proposal graphics, layouts, templates, and ensuring compliance with formatting and branding guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop high-quality visual elements for proposals, including infographics, charts, cover pages, and templates.
- Format and refine proposal documents to ensure professional presentation and compliance with solicitation requirements.
- Collaborate with Technical Writers and Editors to integrate graphics and design elements into proposal narratives.
- Ensure consistency in branding, style, and formatting across all proposal submissions.
- Manage document production, including layout design, pagination, and final proposal assembly.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), and other relevant tools to enhance proposal aesthetics.
- Support the printing, binding, and electronic submission processes as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in proposal production, document formatting, or graphic design for federal proposals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Experience designing infographics, proposal templates, and visual storytelling elements.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with federal contracting and proposal submission requirements is a plus.
- Ability to collaborate with writers, editors, and proposal managers to create visually compelling documents.
This is an onsite position at our Headquarters. Remote work is not available.
