Job Description Summary:
The role of the Staffing Coordinator is to schedule nurses with patients in a timely manner. A successful Staffing Coordinator should be able to communicate efficiently and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. The goal is to ensure that the company’s staffing requirements are always met, and employees work in a friendly, supportive environment.
Job Description:
Job Responsibilities (listed in order of importance and/or time spent)
- Investigate pharmacies staffing needs and take action to staff accordingly
- Schedule, organize and implement a sustainable staffing strategy
- Work with other staff members to fulfill the needs of patients and nurses’ schedules
- Identify hard to fill schedules and take proactive actions
- Possess excellent communication and written skills to effectively speak to employees, patients and pharmacies
- Prepare and submit reports on staffing operations
- Update nurses’ calendars daily

Basic Education and/or Experience Requirements
- High school diploma
- Minimum of 6 months of related experience
Basic Qualifications
- Good time-management skills with the ability to handle various open referrals simultaneously
- Excellent verbal, written communication skills and critical thinking skills
- Communicate in a timely manner
Physical Demand Requirements
- Ability to work on a personal computer or laptop computer for extended periods of time.
- Occasional bending, stooping, reaching

Salary to be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
Pay Range is $16.08-$24.72
