Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Growth Strategist to drive strategic partnerships and user growth for the BAND app.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, cultivating, and managing relationships with key partners that will drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
The ideal candidate is a results-driven, strategic thinker with a passion for building strong partnerships and driving user adoption.
Key Responsibilities :
Strategic Partnership Development
Identify and build relationships with potential partners , including communities, organizations, and brands that align with BAND’s target audience and growth objectives.
Negotiate and manage partnership agreements that drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Develop and execute co-marketing initiatives , campaigns , and events with partners to promote BAND’s value proposition and expand the user base.
User Growth through Partnerships
Work with partners to design and implement strategies that drive new user sign-ups and encourage referrals .
Monitor and analyze partnership performance , measuring impact on user growth and engagement metrics.
Collaborate with content teams to ensure the execution of campaigns and initiatives.
Success Metrics & Reporting
Track KPIs related to user growth from partnership efforts.
Prepare regular reports and updates for internal teams and partners
Relationship Management
Act as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring their needs are met and fostering long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.
Manage partner communication and provide ongoing support to ensure partners are fully engaged and motivated to promote BAND.
Maintain regular check-ins and performance reviews with partners to optimize collaboration and results.
Market Research & Strategy
Use data-driven insights to refine partnership strategies and identify new avenues for user acquisition and growth.
Requirements :
Proven experience in partnerships, business development, or user growth, preferably in a tech environment.
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and optimize strategies based on performance.
Creative thinker with the ability to develop and execute innovative partnership strategies.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Willingness to travel : Must be open to travel as required for the role.
Experience :
3 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or user growth.
Experience in community platforms, SaaS, or mobile app ecosystems is a plus.
