Overview
We are looking for a motivated Partnerships and Growth Specialist to support our Partnerships and User Growth Manager in driving user acquisition and engagement through strategic partnerships for the BAND app.
In this role, you will assist with identifying and building relationships with key partners, managing partnership initiatives, and tracking performance to help optimize growth strategies.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to secure content for partner channels.
Key Responsibilities :
User Growth Campaigns
Develop and execute campaigns and co-marketing initiatives aimed at driving user acquisition and increasing in-app activity.
Monitor campaign performance, track key metrics (e.g., sign-ups, engagement, referrals), and provide regular updates to the team.
Design strategies with partners to encourage new user sign-ups and referral activities.
Content Creation
Identify marketing materials needed, presentations, education content, use cases, guides, and other content to support partnership efforts and campaigns.
Work with internal content teams to create content and distribute it through partnership channels.
Conference Representation
Represent BAND at conferences and industry events, facilitating booth programs and speaking sessions and engaging with key audiences.
Data Tracking and Reporting
Track partnership performance by collecting and analyzing data on user growth and engagement metrics.
Provide detailed reports on campaign performance, highlighting key insights, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
Support the team with the preparation of monthly and quarterly reports for leadership.
Partnership Support and Outreach
Assist in identifying potential partners, including communities and organizations, that align with BAND’s target audience and growth objectives.
Help manage day-to-day partner relationships by ensuring communication is timely and effective.
Provide administrative and operational support for partnership initiatives, including handling logistics, managing calendars, and handling documentation.
Skills and Qualifications :
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both internal teams and external partners.
A proactive and detail-oriented approach to work, with strong organizational skills.
Basic understanding of user acquisition strategies and growth metrics.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen interest in growing and scaling partnerships.
1–2 years of experience in partnerships, business development, marketing, or user growth.
Experience in growth-oriented roles within a tech environment is a plus.
