We are looking for a motivated and experienced Associate Marketing Operations Manager to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day execution of our marketing campaigns and ensuring that all marketing activities are in line with our company's mission and standards.

What you'll do :

Manage campaign creation and execution

Partner with Demand Generation and cross-departmentally, implementing best-practices

Create email templates and segments

Coordinate the Marketing activities calendar to ensure there is no overlap of campaigns going to the same segment

Ensure data accuracy to support post-mortem campaign reporting

Analyze data, assess trends, and determine actions to optimize performance

Manage and maintain the functionality of Marketo, including system configuration, data management, and integration with other platforms

Develop and maintain documentation and standard operating procedures to ensure consistent and efficient use of Marketo across the marketing team.

Manage and enhance relationships with vendors

Coordinate various ad campaigns, events and other related activities

What you'll need :

5 years of experience as a Marketing Operations Manager or similar

Expertise in Marketo or other marketing automation software

Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce and their integration with marketing automation platforms

Proficiency in MS Office

Excellent project management acumen

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities with competing deadlines simultaneously

Experience with reporting and analytics

A data driven mindset with strong analytical, data accuracy and problem-solving skills

Ability to drive results through your job competencies of technical aptitude, collaboration, and paying attention to detail

Ability to drive results through NAVEX core competencies of accountability, customer focus, drives results and instilling trust

The starting pay range for this role is $80,000 annum.
