You will be responsible for interpreting, analyzing, and transforming data into a variety of reporting deliverables to support key goals and objectives and drive the business toward success.

In this role, you will work closely with leadership in the Customer Success Organization (CSO) and the CSO Analytics Team, providing cross-functional insights that guide and shape strategies in how we do business.

Additionally, you will participate in documentation, research and design of data collection and aggregation processes that drive timely and accurate analytic reporting.

What you’ll do:

• Analyze and interpret data to identify key themes, trends, risks, and opportunities
• Create, maintain, and enhance reporting deliverables for various stakeholders.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of reports
• Manage version control repository and report libraries
• Design and execute automations to improve workflows and manage data integrity monitoring

What you’ll need:

• 2 years’ experience in a data analytics role
• Critical thinking and an affinity for problem solving with high attention to detail
• Experience cleaning and manipulating large data sets
• Ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate information with accuracy and translate business requirements into clear and accessible reporting
• Knowledge of statistics and experience with reporting packages and tools; MS Excel, Salesforce, Python, R, and SQL database preferred
• Ability to prioritize and organize multiple projects simultaneously and work within fixed deadlines
• Understanding of relational databases
• Familiarity with ETL/ELT processes with respect to data pipelines in cloud platforms
• Experience with APIs and JSON/XML
• Ability to drive results through your job competencies of analytics and reporting, decision making and technical aptitude
• Ability to drive results through NAVEX core competencies of accountability, customer focus, drives results and instills trust

• The starting pay range for this role is $60,000 per annum.
• Pay progression based on your performance.
