Be part of an organization that’s known for excellence, fast growth, and being consistently profitable. What you’ll do : Manage and nurture the 3rd party risk product management team to achieve high performance and potentialLead innovative product vision, strategy and roadmap for our 3rd Party Risk and GRC solutions while successfully managing day-to-day activitiesWork with senior leadership, stakeholders, and other teams to develop and execute product strategiesBuild tight partnerships with key stakeholders, customers and partners to ensure NAVEX remains ahead of what our customers need mostDeliver exceptional products that create real impact for our customersCommunicate internally the value proposition of products and roadmap updatesConduct competitive analysis and market research to recommend continuous improvementServe as a thought leader in 3rd Party Risk by representing NAVEX at industry events and moreWhat you’ll need : A bachelor’s degree and prior work-related experience or equivalent15 years’ experience driving product innovation and revenue growth for a global software company, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacityExpertise in compliance requirements and regulations, and the ability to translate them into actionable product features, specifically 3rd Party RiskUnderstanding of integration technologies and APIsStellar track record of developing great product teamsDeep, hands-on experience with modern product planning, customer discovery, product discovery, and product development processProfound focus on user experience and the ability to design intuitive and user-friendly GRC solutionsProven ability to identify and prioritize new opportunities in a changing technical and market landscapePassion for collaborating with cross-functional teams to turn a vision into realityExceptional verbal and written skills and relentless attention to detailAbility to travel as neededAbility to drive results through your job competencies of talent development, influence and strategic executionAbility to drive results through NAVEX core competencies of accountability, customer focus, drives results and instills trustOur side of the deal :  We believe everyone deserves to see their path forward, and the steps in place to achieve their career and financial goals. Every team member must have a career plan in place and reviewed with their manager after six months on our team.The starting pay range for this role is $230,000 per annum with 20% MBO.Pay progression based on your performance impact. We’re committed to helping you thrive in all aspects of your life.
