Our NAVEX Content team is growing and we’re adding a new Senior Project Specialist, Awareness to be part of our team! You will be a key part of the NAVEX business in supporting our customers in their employee compliance needs.

In this role, you will coordinate the production of digital and print assets, ensuring operational efficiency, high quality, and excellent customer experiences. What you’ll do:

• Review incoming digital and print projects, create cases in Salesforce, assign tasks to appropriate team members or resources, and track projects from inception through to delivery
• Provide accurate and timely price quotes in response to Sales team requests
• Interact with customers on custom projects to understand specs, incorporate their feedback, and ensure they have an excellent experience
• Collaborate with Content Designers, Writers, and Production Artists to produce Awareness products with approved designs and imagery
• Source and manage print vendors with the capabilities to produce materials of varying types and media
• Provide hands-on support addressing workflow gaps as needed
• Track OKRs to understand how current workflow is performing against goal
• Continuously evaluate and improve workflows to enhance efficiency and quality
• Attend client kick-off meetings, if needed, to gather detailed project requirement for custom work
• Serve as point person for Sales and Customer Success in providing Awareness product information and understanding customer specifications, dates, and needs

What you’ll need:

• 3 years of experience in project management, client services, or operations
• Proven ability to manage workflows and ensure timely delivery of outputs
• Experience using a CRM and managing vendors preferred, working with printers a plus
• Ability to handle challenges with creativity and resourcefulness
• Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Comfortability working in an Agile development environment
• Ability to drive results through NAVEX core competencies of accountability, customer focus, drives results and instills trust

• The starting pay range for this role is $70,000 per annum.
• Pay progression based on your performance.
