We are currently seeking a creative and strategic Chief Growth Officer to join our team. This individual will play a vital role in advancing our mission of bringing hope, reducing fears and impacting lives.
Position Summary:
The Chief Growth Officer reports to the President and Chief Executive Officer and is responsible for developing strategies related to external and internal communications, marketing and brand awareness and fundraising development.
Responsibilities/Duties:
Communications
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and market share
- Create engaging content for various channels, including website, social media, newsletters, and press releases
- Oversee stakeholder communications, including staff, patients, families, healthcare professionals, and the community
- Manage media relations and coordinate interviews and coverage events
Leadership and Strategy
- Collaborating with the CEO and Board of Directors on long-term planning and goal setting
- Provide leadership to the marketing and development teams, including hiring, training, and career development and performance management
- Analyze market trends, donor data, and campaign performance to inform strategic decisions
- Manage budgets and ensure excellent return on investment for marketing and fundraising initiatives
Fundraising and Development
- Design and implement fundraising programs to increase support from individuals, corporations, foundations, and government sources
- Develop short-term and long-term fundraising goals and strategies to support the organization's mission and growth
- Lead major gift solicitations and donor stewardship efforts
- Plan and execute special events to achieve income and community awareness objectives
- Oversee grant writing and management of government contracts
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum of 5-7 years of leadership experience in marketing and development roles, preferably in healthcare
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- Strong leadership, communication skills and team development skills.
- Strategic thinking abilities and business acumen
- Expertise in sales, marketing, and business strategy
- Data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Proven track record of increasing year-over-year revenues through successful fundraising campaigns
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in database management and marketing analytics tools
- Proficiency in CRM systems and donation management tools
- Understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, social media, and content marketing
Hours:
- Generally, Mondays through Fridays, 8:00 am through 4:30 pm. Some evening and holiday hours, as required.

Salary Range
- Minimum starting salary $160,000 to $180,000 per year
- Opportunity for performance-based bonuses
