Founded in 1994, with a desire to innovate and help their clients’ businesses become the organization's drivers for success. As a result, our client has grown dynamically and expanded operations into the US in 2019 and Naviga has been retained to identify a Account Executive to join their team.

- Research team generates leads based on BD Directors criteria, and Sales Engineer coordinates Proposal preparation

- Annual Company Retreat 1-2 weeks in Europe. Usually done every May (families are welcome) and a December party in Budapest.
- Own business development sales cycle, initial contact to close to management of client
- Supporting and expansion of existing customer base
- Communicating with clients, analysis of their needs, primary interaction
- Participation in estimation of a project cost
- Signing new client contracts and delivering the client to the Project Manager
- Collaborates and shares knowledge with various team members and departments
- Attends and participates at company supported events and industry trade shows
- Builds and maintains ongoing awareness of new products, services, competitor activities and market data
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of proven sales experience in Information Technology, IT Staffing or Professional Services
- Able to work well independently, be self-confident, authentic in abilities and demeanor
- Self- starter, highly motivated, and a high achiever
- Must be internally driven to succeed, want to help people, and sell with purpose
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
Travel:
- Occasional travel, mostly US with 1-2 annual trips to Europe
