- Offers international travel
- Work closely with clients and management as the primary point of contact to ensure appropriate communication is delivered in an accurate, timely and consistent manner
- Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships
- Partner with leadership and other internal teams to develop strategic plans and ensure KPIs are being met
- Develop a thorough understanding of the product offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients
- Extract competitive data, analyze the findings and generate reports for clients and senior leaders advising on pricing strategies, product offerings, etc.
- Must be bilingual (Spanish/English)

Preferred Experience:
- Professional experience in a sales or customer support client-facing role
Education:
