Responsibilities:
- Review disbursement and reimbursement requests for accuracy, required approvals, supporting documentation, and adherence to Firm and IRS policies
- Prepare and perform check runs, and post transactions according to the firm's protocols for rush, next check run, diverted, foreign, and general transactions
- Monitor and manage current, pending, and past due invoices and reimbursements to ensure timely payment
- Process expense reports and payment inquiries
- Audit and process invoices

Background Requirements:
- High school diploma
- 1 year of accounts payable experience
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical skills, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
- Experience in a law firm or professional services environment is preferred
- Experience with data entry and accounting software and strong communications skills is also preferred
