Requirements:
- Licensed to practice in the jurisdiction where applying.
- Minimum of 3 years of real estate experience, including acquisitions, dispositions, and financings.
- Familiarity with securities offerings is beneficial.
- Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
- Good business judgment and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
