- Manage structured securities offerings for public and private real estate companies, REITs, institutional investors, and financial investors.
- Advise on transactions involving real estate finance, acquisitions, dispositions, restructurings, complex financings, and commercial real estate development.
- Represent clients in connection with a broad array of real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions.
- Provide legal support and counsel in structuring securities offerings and complex real estate finance deals.
Requirements:
- Admitted to practice in the jurisdiction where applying.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience managing structured securities offerings.
- Strong experience in commercial real estate law, particularly in finance, acquisitions, and dispositions.
- AmLaw 100 law firm experience is preferred.
- Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
- Good business judgment and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong research, problem-solving, and conceptual thinking skills.
- Ability to influence others and provide persuasive communication.
- Proven management skills.
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and third parties, both verbally and in writing.
- Deliver high-quality, timely work products and meet deadlines.
- Foster positive relationships and comply with firm policies and practices.
- Engage in sedentary work, including working at a computer and participating in meetings and virtual calls.

- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a nationally ranked law school
