**The Role**
This position supports the Human Resources Department in all aspects of full life cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates. The successful candidate will partner with hiring managers to develop effective recruiting strategies, implement best practices, and promote the benefits of working for Navigant Credit Union.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and implement efficient recruiting methods and strategies based on role requirements and industry standards.
- Develop and implement screening and interview plans with Hiring Managers.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and participate in first and second interviews with various levels of management.
- Manage Applicant Tracking System (ATS) workflows, data input, and integrity, tracking requisitions and progress toward filling positions.
- Track and report on key performance indicators related to recruitment activities.
- Partner with the VP, Human Resources in determining compensation for prospective employees and extend job offers verbally and in writing.
- Attend college job fairs and community events to build brand awareness and recruit new talent.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies as it relates to the recruiting function.
Qualifications:**
BA/BS degree in Human Resources or related field required. PHR or SHRM-CP preferred. Minimum two years previous experience as a full-cycle recruiter required, including sourcing and interviewing candidates, preferably in a credit union or financial institution.
Required Skills/Knowledge:**
- Current network of recruitment sources, including professional networks, business affiliations or similar.
- Working knowledge of ATS systems, recruitment software, dashboards, and reporting of recruitment metrics.
- Demonstrated ability to handle an average requisition load of 20-25 positions.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to conduct presentations and training programs.
- Ability to handle multiple projects/priorities simultaneously under strict deadlines with effective outcomes.
