We are searching for a creative and energetic Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a passion for precision teaching to join our collaborative team providing ABA services to children and young adults with developmental disabilities in our clinic. This position has the flexibility for full-time or part-time opportunities.

Navigate Behaviors uses technology to streamline every aspect of our company, including the process of data collection and analysis to practice management.

Qualifications:

  • BCBA certification with licensure to practice in Rhode Island (LBA)
  • Strong ability to communicate with our team members and families we serve
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team
  • Must have 1-3 years of relevant experience working in programs for children with developmental disabilities. Experience with precision teaching highly desired!
  • Ability to work day time hours as needed
  • Attend monthly team meetings
  • Reliable, insured transportation
  • Ability to pass required background checks

Responsibilities:

  • Completing practical functional assessments and skill assessments as appropriate for the client based upon family values and goals
  • Developing and monitoring individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Analyzing data on the SCC and modifying programs as needed
  • Conducting parent and staff training
  • Conducting behavior technician supervision
  • Running a direct session with clients
  • Developing discharge summaries
  • Making a positive impact in the lives of learners, their family, and our team!

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year

Expected hours: No less than 35 per week
