We are searching for a creative and energetic Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a passion for precision teaching to join our collaborative team providing ABA services to children and young adults with developmental disabilities in our clinic. This position has the flexibility for full-time or part-time opportunities.

Qualifications:
- BCBA certification with licensure to practice in Rhode Island (LBA)
- Strong ability to communicate with our team members and families we serve
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
- Must have 1-3 years of relevant experience working in programs for children with developmental disabilities. Experience with precision teaching highly desired!
- Ability to work day time hours as needed
- Attend monthly team meetings
- Reliable, insured transportation
- Ability to pass required background checks
Responsibilities:
- Completing practical functional assessments and skill assessments as appropriate for the client based upon family values and goals
- Developing and monitoring individualized behavior intervention plans
- Analyzing data on the SCC and modifying programs as needed
- Conducting parent and staff training
- Conducting behavior technician supervision
- Running a direct session with clients
- Developing discharge summaries
