We are currently welcoming Applicants who possess unique qualities, a versatile skill set, and an above & beyond work ethic for our Full-Time Account Executive role for Lee County within a Home Health Care setting.
Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating services provided to patients.
- Coordination of care with required referral documentation to include, Home care order and face to face documentation. (Visit encounter note, History and physical, operative note, Discharge summary, Patient demographics and insurance).
- Deliver Plan of care (485) and physicians orders for signature to physician's office and return to agency administration/office and maintain log of order location and status as well as maintain record and conducting follow up measures to obtain.
- Call hospital Social Services department to notify them that an Agency patient has been admitted to their hospital.
- Analyze the potential of the company’s service area, and company’s service strengths to determine target markets. Complete quarterly SWOT ANALYSIS
- Maintain referral sources.
- Develop sales/marketing objectives and sales projections, marketing plans, identify priorities and set reasonable timetables.
- Perform other duties as assigned, by the Supervisor, CM, or Administrator.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Clinical knowledge preferred but not required.
- Should be a skilled organizer able to manage required communication orally and in writing in English as well as record keeping.
- Must be organized and detail oriented.
- Must possess light secretarial skill and have a polite telephone manner.
- Must be able to interact with health professionals at all levels.
Job Conditions:
- Position is stressful in terms of meeting deadlines.
- Travel is required, by car to local, out-of-town, or state seminars, conferences, or meetings and area medical facilities.
- It requires minimal lifting of office records and printouts.
- The ability to read 12-point font and larger, type, is required.
- One must be able to adequately hear, on the telephone, with no more than an amplifier and be able to communicate, both verbally and in writing, in English.
- The job requires the ability to utilize a PC, calculator, multi- line telephone, and other related office equipment.
