As a remote Hotel Scheduler, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating hotel reservations for individual clients and group bookings. Your primary role will be to ensure that all accommodations are secured, confirmed, and meet the specific needs of travelers.

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing clients’ hotel-related concerns and requests promptly
- Assist with changes or cancelation of hotel reservations as needed, ensuring minimal disruption to the client’s travel plans
- Collaborate with other travel professionals and suppliers to optimize accommodation options for clients
- Keep up-to-date with hotel trends, promotions, and special offers to provide clients with the best choices
