- Develop and manage the weekly construction schedule in collaboration with the construction team and subcontractors, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
- Provide regular project updates to senior management and Property Managers, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Supervise subcontractors and vendors to ensure compliance with safety standards, local building codes, and quality requirements.
- Ensure that all required permits are obtained and up-to-date before project commencement.
- Oversee inventory management at job sites, ensuring adequate supply levels to maintain workflow and minimize delays.
- Manage day-to-day on-site activities, ensuring adherence to construction plans and procedures.
- Resolve any project-related challenges, such as delays, contractor issues, or staffing concerns.
- Review and approve purchase orders, invoices, and other necessary documentation for timely payment.
- Assist the Site Superintendent in conducting final inspections and ensure that completed units meet property standards.
