Our Client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing complex structural concrete projects, including high-rise buildings, bridges, and parking structures.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead all phases of construction projects, from pre-construction planning and budgeting to final closeout.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Oversee formwork systems, concrete placement, and quality control for various structural concrete components.
- Collaborate closely with engineers, architects, subcontractors, and field crews to ensure smooth project execution.
- Proactively identify and resolve technical challenges related to structural concrete construction.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all OSHA regulations and industry best practices.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and proactive problem-solving.
