Key Responsibilities
- Operate heavy equipment (excavators, bulldozers, loaders, backhoes, etc.) safely and efficiently
- Conduct site preparation, excavation, grading, and backfilling
- Comply with safety protocols, environmental regulations, and project specifications
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and inspections
- Collaborate with site supervisors and project managers to meet timelines and objectives
- Assist in transporting and setting up equipment at job sites
- Monitor and manage waste materials and contaminants, adhering to project guidelines
