**About the Role**
We are looking for a highly motivated Manufacturing Optimization Engineer to optimize our manufacturing processes. The successful candidate will have a strong background in industrial engineering and experience in elastomeric or polymer injection molding.
**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and document new and existing processes to improve product quality, productivity, and equipment efficiency.
- Maintain process documentation and provide technical support to manufacturing processes.
- Prepare sketches, work orders, and purchase order requests.
- Ability to oversee and manage the production floor in identifying key production issues.
**Skills and Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of injection molding processes, tooling, and equipment.
- At least 1 year of experience in elastomeric or polymer injection molding.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
