**Job Description**
Navigate Search is seeking a skilled Process Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our manufacturing department, you will be responsible for developing processing specifications for new product launches, collaborating with Quality and Laboratory teams to ensure product meets internal and customer requirements, and identifying quality/productivity issues.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop processes to improve quality, productivity, and efficiency.
- Lead and mentor technicians, ensure clear documentation, and provide technical solutions.
- Collaborate with vendors, resolve material and equipment issues, and engage with customers for project updates.
- Ensure safety and environmental standards are met, and maintain cleanliness in the work area.
**Requirements:**
- Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
- Technical or Academic knowledge in injection molding processes, tooling, and equipment.
- 3 years in manufacturing, with at least 1 year in elastomeric or polymer injection molding.
- Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing, ISO9001, and AS9100.
