Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the construction process, ensuring successful execution of projects from pre-construction to closeout.
- Develop, monitor, and control project budgets and schedules, ensuring alignment with client expectations and organizational goals.
- Lead cross-functional teams, including subcontractors and vendors, to achieve project objectives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and consultants, maintaining clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Manage contract administration, including negotiating agreements, change orders, and cost controls.
- Conduct regular project reviews and provide comprehensive progress reports to stakeholders.
