Job Title: Sr. Tax Manager & Tax Manager

Location: - Hybrid Roles

Salary Range: $135k-185k

Requirements: Active CPA and minimum 5 years of Public Accounting & Tax Exp.

We are an Established, Top CPA firm based in Manhattan market. Overall, we work with small, mid-size and Top 10 firms with 8 employees to thousands of employees. We specialize in serving a variety of clients in multiple verticals including HNWIs, Real Estate, Non-Profit, Healthcare, Professional Services, Construction, Government Contracting, and more.

Due to growth, we are now adding a Tax Manager. We are offering competitive comp packages, an opportunity for Partner track, and we put a large emphasis on internal growth & developing our employees.

Required:

• Active CPA License or EA
• Minimum 5 years of Public Accounting & Tax Exp.
• At least 1 year of Tax Management Exp.
• Exp. Reviewing a variety of entities including S-Corps, C-Corps, Individuals, Partnerships, and more

Nice to Have/Preferred:

• CCH ProSystem Exp.
• Master's in Taxation or Accounting

Responsibilities

• Perform tax research
• Prepare and review tax returns
• Identify opportunities to minimize the effective tax rate
• Oversee non-income tax compliance
• Prepare for and lead tax audits

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Accounting or Finance
• 5 years' of experience of professional tax experience
• Strong communication and analytical skills
