About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced 3rd Grade Teacher to join our team at Navigator Academy of Leadership, Inc. As a 3rd Grade Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging learning environment for our students. You will be expected to develop and implement lesson plans that align with state standards and meet the individual needs of each student. Additionally, you will be responsible for tracking student progress and communicating with parents and other stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- Valid teaching certification in the state of Florida
- Experience teaching 3rd grade or similar age group
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Education or related field
- Experience with project-based learning and/or differentiated instruction
- Experience working with diverse student populations
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with state standards and meet the individual needs of each student
- Create a positive and engaging learning environment for students
