Overall Responsibility: Lead the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of external communications across the Company and coordinate the quality assurance/performance improvement efforts associated with member engagement initiatives. Supervise communications staff.
Reports to: Executive Director
Location: Worcester, MA
Schedule: Hybrid In-Office/Work from Home; Minimum designated 2 days per week in-office.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
- Lead the external communication activities to drive actionable member and provider engagement.
- Plan and deliver the release of member engagement campaigns, coordinating closely and carefully with internal stakeholders.
- Create a social media presence for by developing and managing content that drives member and provider action to Program services and supports.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders the production of marketing and communication materials that further brand consistency and messaging cohesion.
- Work in coordination with internal teams to improve upon the website to optimize the user experience.
- Create, maintain, and conduct analysis reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and strategies.
- Identify effectiveness and the impact of marking initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly.
- Own and execute discreet tasks related to internal team communications supports.
- Manage communications staff to meet project and task deliverables.

- Provide day to day supervision of Communications Associate to guide, mentor, and empower to meet discreet tasks related to communications efforts and project plans.
- Ensure direct reports are fulfilling job performance and expectations.

- Proven ability to affect and influence consumer/member behavior.
- Firm grasp of various marketing platforms, channels, and best practices including social, digital, and email marketing.
- Understanding of engagement and the ability to create actionable content.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as outstanding copywriting and proofreading skills.
- Must have strong analytical skills to analyze metrics and create reports.
- Must have high level of creativity with eye for design and data visualization.
- Ability to adjust priorities and manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to communicate in a clear, concise, understandable manner, and listen attentively to others, understands material, and provides instructions to others.;
Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field and/or commensurate experience in health care and health care marketing.
· Prior experience in developing and implementing marketing plans, campaigns inclusive of digital and social media.
· Experience in designing and updating communications materials that drive actionable results.

Pay: $60,107.00 - $75,688.00 per year
