Carolina Reserve at Laurel Park is seeking a Certified Medication Aide for medication administration and supervisor-in-charge (SIC). At Navion Senior Solutions, our Certified Medication Aides are responsible for delivering high-quality medication administration and resident care oversight in a cutting-edge Assisted Living Community.
This is a Full-Time Opportunity on 1st shift to join a great team and support our residents! The chosen candidate will support the Resident Care Director as needed.

Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older
- Must complete Supervisor-in-Charge application
- High School diploma or related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
- Must have current CNA certification or completed PCA training
- Must be familiar with state regulations and willing to work with state inspections in the survey/monitoring process
- On an annual basis, must complete 12 hours of continuing education credits related to the management of Assisted Living homes and care of geriatric and disabled residents
- Must be able to express self adequately in written and oral communication and to communicate effectively in an interdisciplinary care setting with residents, families and staff members
- Ability to work in an environment conducive to caring for seniors
- Ability to work well with others and promote a team environment
