The Reserve at Mills Farm, a community of Navion Senior Living, is seeking a Life Enrichment Assistant to join its rapidly growing team. Under the guidance and direction of the Life Enrichment Director assist in planning and organizing the Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care activity program with an emphasis on the wellness, spiritual development, recreation, educational development and continued involvement in the community of all residents. We are looking for an experienced, energetic, take-charge leader who will ensure that our residents are engaged each and every day.
This is a Full-Time opportunity to join a great team and bring joy and purpose to our residents!
This position will work Tuesday-Saturday!

- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- One to two years’ experience in a work-related environment preferred.
- Experience in Microsoft Office preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
- General understanding of the needs of seniors.
- Ability to work in an environment conducive to caring for residents without posing a substantial safety or health threat to self or others.
- Flexibility in scheduling to assist with weekend and evening programming for the residents.
- Ability to work well with others and promote a team environment.
