Naviron is partnering with a fast-growing startup that offers a business management solution to customers in the flooring and remodeling industry. The company is looking for a Client Experience Representative to be an integral part of their client experience and support team.
This is an onsite position, and candidates must be located in Lehi, Utah or surrounding areas.
The Client Experience Representative will be responsible for:
- Providing timely and effective support to clients via phone, email, and live chat
- Resolving technical inquiries and providing detailed answers to client questions
- Documenting client interactions and escalating unresolved issues to Tier 2 support
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our software platform and workflows
- Supporting the onboarding team with customer onboarding calls and other setup activities as needed
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience in a technical or customer support role in a SaaS company
- Patient, empathetic, and positive attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- HubSpot experience is a plus
