What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Development Representative position at Naviron?
Our client is a PropTech start up that has a data solution poised to disrupt the commercial real estate market. They are set to have a record 2025 and part of that growth involves adding to their sales team. This is a unique opportunity to be on one of the founding Sales Development Representatives!
You will play a vital role in the growth strategy by engaging potential customers and driving top-of-funnel activities. The majority of your duties will be performed over the phone, making outbound sales calls, lead qualification, and setting up meetings for Account Executives. The goal is to learn the business and eventually move into a closing role in 9 - 12 months.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field (real estate huge plus!)
- 6 months to 2 years' of B2B sales experience
- Prior SDR in PropTech, SaaS, or Commercial Real Estate preferred
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Driven, curious, and great communication skills
Compensation:
- $50-60K Base Commission (uncapped)
- $90-110K OTE
- Benefits Equity
