This role will work closely with our agile engineering teams to define scalable, reusable solutions, prioritize backlogs and drive outcomes while working closely with product manager and business stakeholders to achieve their strategic objectives.

What You'll Do
- You will assist and drive delivery of the product roadmap for our products, collaborating with stakeholders to define priorities and ensure alignment with business goals.
- You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including the product manager, engineering, product design, marketing, and sales, to understand and define requirements and deliver high-quality products on time.
- You will work with the Product Manager in defining and prioritizing user stories, acceptance criteria, and product backlog, ensuring clear communication and alignment across teams.
- You will work with Product Management and engineering to help manage internal projects and support NaviStone’s in-house agency.
- You will be accountable for writing end-user documentation that drives user adoption and usability.
- You will need to monitor and analyze product performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization to drive customer satisfaction and business success.
- You will need to stay informed about industry trends and the competitive landscape, leveraging insights to enhance our product offerings and maintain our competitive edge.
What You Will Need to Succeed
· You have at least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in a marketing technology company or relevant industry.
· You have a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, computer science, or related field.
· You have a proven track record of successfully managing product development lifecycle from concept to launch, preferably in an Agile environment.
· You have the ability to work cross-functionally and manage simultaneous projects and needs.
· You bring the ability to manage ambiguity, overcome challenges, and thrive.
· a willingness to learn, collaborate, and get creative.
· You have demonstrated Project Management skills.
· You can effectively communicate with and relate to individuals at all levels within the organization and NaviStone customers.
· You have a personality that thrives on digital innovation and evaluating trends in a changing landscape.
Location: Hybrid role, at least 2 days in our OTR office in Cincinnati, OH
