What You’ll Do :
We are seeking a highly experienced UI / UX Lead with a strong background in enterprise application development and design. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the user experience (UX) design for large-scale, high-performance enterprise applications, with a focus on developing innovative solutions and enhancing user interactions across various platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of UX principles and design methodologies, as well as extensive hands-on experience with UX design in complex environments.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to :
- Lead and provide expertise in UX design for large-scale enterprise applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and stakeholders to create intuitive and effective user interfaces.
- Design high-performance, user-friendly solutions for complex systems.
- Architect and design user experiences with a focus on scalability, usability, and accessibility.
- Conduct user research and testing to gather insights and iteratively improve designs.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts.
- Guide and mentor junior designers and collaborate with other team members to ensure cohesive design solutions.
- Ensure that designs align with the overall project and enterprise goals, adhering to best practices and design standards.
