Job Summary: We're looking for a talented and experienced Business Analyst with expertise in Benefits Administration to join our dynamic team. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and managing benefits-related data and processes and translating these requirements to the UI/UX team to create an intuitive and user-friendly webpage. Your ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders will be key to the success of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and evaluate benefits administration processes and data to identify areas for improvement and efficiency.

• Gather and document detailed requirements from stakeholders and translate them into functional specifications for the UI/UX team.

• Collaborate with the UI/UX team to design and develop a user-friendly webpage that meets the needs of benefits administration and ensures a seamless user experience.

• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process flows, use cases, and wireframes, to support the development and implementation of the webpage.

• Conduct thorough testing and validation of the webpage to ensure it meets all requirements and functions as intended.

• Provide ongoing support and training to end-users to ensure they can effectively utilize the benefits administration webpage.

• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in benefits administration and UI/UX design to continually improve the webpage and related processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on benefits administration and benefits analysis.

• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and the ability to translate business requirements into user-friendly designs.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Proficiency in using business analysis and UI/UX design tools and software.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with benefits administration software and systems.
