Proven experience with DOE and applying DOE to real-life industry problems is required.

Qualifications:

Education and Minimum Requirement:

Masters in statistics/biostatistics or related discipline with a minimum of 3 years relevant work experience, or PhD or equivalent degree in statistics/biostatistics or related discipline with a minimum of 1 year relevant work experience.

General Responsibilities:

·        Develop study design (DOE), statistical analysis, and reported output.

·        Engage with scientists as necessary to understand requirements to design study experiments and discuss results

·        Experiment design entails having joint conversations with scientists to discuss the issues and constraints on study design and execution.

·        Generate study reports as needed.

Required Skills and Experience:

·        Solid knowledge of statistical analysis methodologies and experimental design.

·        Strong hands-on experience and working knowledge of statistical and data processing software e.g. SAS and/or R.

·        Must also demonstrate the ability to learn, be proactive and motivated, and consistently focus on details and execution.

·        Strong oral and written communication skills. Able to function effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

·        Proven experience applying DOE to real-life industry problems.

·        Experience in reliability analysis and acceptance sampling
