Title: Organizational Change Manager (SME)
Location: Remote & On-Site
Duration: April 1, 2025 - March 31, 2028 (subject to annual funding approval)
Job Overview:
The Organizational Change Manager (OCM) will be responsible for driving stakeholder engagement, communication, and training strategies for the SAP ERP implementation. The OCM role will focus on minimizing resistance to change and ensuring adoption of new systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Change Management Planning & Execution:
- Develop and lead the Organizational Change Management (OCM) framework.
- Conduct Change Impact Assessments across school departments and administrative units.
- Identify key change agents within school buildings and train them as OCM facilitators.
- Ensure alignment between ERP implementation teams and school staff.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication:
- Develop and maintain a Stakeholder Communications Plan.
- Conduct engagement sessions with teachers, school admins, and support staff to ensure buy-in.
- Review existing training and communication channels and recommend improvements.
Training & Post-Implementation Support:
- Oversee development of training content and assist in reviewing training materials.
- Ensure schools have access to adequate documentation and knowledge transfer materials.
- Provide post-go-live support, ensuring smooth transition and issue resolution.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- 8 years of Organizational Change Management experience.
- Prosci Certified Change Practitioner (or equivalent).
- Experience in public education ERP implementations is highly preferred.
- Expertise in communication strategies, stakeholder engagement, and training design.
- Ability to manage change across multi-site projects.
