Job Description:
We are seeking a Red Hat OpenShift Consultant with strong expertise in containerization and application modernization to join our team. This role requires an accomplished professional already residing in Hawaii who has hands-on experience designing, implementing, and managing containerized applications using Red Hat OpenShift.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage Red Hat OpenShift environments, including setting up clusters and containerizing applications.
- Build, tune, and optimize containers and VMs within OpenShift for maximum efficiency.
- Develop robust CI/CD pipelines to support scalable and efficient deployments.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless application deployment in containerized environments.
- Support application modernization efforts, particularly for replatforming initiatives.
- Provide expert-level guidance on container orchestration, including Kubernetes.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with app modernization strategies and tools.
- Expertise in Kubernetes and container orchestration best practices.
- Knowledge of performance tuning and optimization in OpenShift environments.
Location: Candidate must already be living in Hawaii.
