Job Title: Senior Payroll Administrator

Location: Milwaukee, Wisconsin (Onsite, with some remote flexibility)
Job Description:The Senior Payroll Administrator will provide payroll support through the Payroll Shared Services Center (SSC), ensuring accurate processing and compliance with federal and state regulations. This role involves processing payroll transactions, resolving inquiries, and assisting in implementing best practices.
Key Responsibilities:- Process payroll for salaried, hourly, union, and international employees (In/ExPat).
- Participate in daily call center operations, addressing payroll-related questions.
- Assist Payroll SSC Administrators in problem-solving and process improvements.
- Collaborate with the Payroll Supervisor to maintain and monitor payroll controls.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of HR/payroll data.
- Stay up to date with federal and state payroll laws.
- Work on payroll-related projects in collaboration with the Director and Managers.
- Experience: 5 years of payroll administration experience, preferably in a shared services environment.
- Systems Knowledge: Experience with Human Capital Management (HCM) systems such as ADP GlobalView, Workday, or SuccessFactors preferred.
- Union Payroll: Experience with union payroll processing is a plus.
- Timekeeping Systems: ADP eTime experience is preferred but not required.
- Benefits Knowledge: General understanding of Health and Welfare plans.
Note: Candidates must be local to Milwaukee and comfortable working onsite with some remote flexibility.
