Position : Project Finance Director

Location : Boston (Remote Travel)

Salary : $160-190k Bonus

Are you a seasoned finance professional ready to make a significant impact in the renewable energy sector? Join a dynamic team at a global Renewable development company, and help drive the largest transactions in the industry.

Responsibilities :

  • Oversee the execution of equity, debt, and tax financings, as well as M&A transactions.
  • Managed and completed administrative tasks related to deal execution with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Support the investment opportunities and contribute to the company’s capital budgeting process.
  • Lead deal origination, and contract negotiations, and foster new financing relationships

Requirements :

  • 4-10 years experience in a project-focused role as a Developer or IPP.
  • Experience in the execution of equity, debt, and tax financings as well as M&A mandates in the renewables sector.
  • Experience building complex financial models in Microsoft Excel.
