Position: Project Finance Manager
Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid)
Salary: $150-170k Bonus

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the execution of equity, debt, and tax financings, as well as M&A transactions.
- Manage and complete administrative tasks related to deal execution with accuracy and efficiency.
- Support the investment opportunities and contribute to the company’s capital budgeting process.
- Lead deal origination, and contract negotiations, and foster new financing relationships
Requirements:
- 3-6 years’ experience in a Project Finance focused role as a Developer or IPP.
- Experience in the execution of equity, debt, and tax financings as well as M&A mandates in the renewables sector.
- Experience building complex financial models in Microsoft Excel.
