Job Title: Project Manager - Solar & BESS Projects
Location: Remote (NY Region) with Travel
Compensation: 150k base salary performance-based bonus

Position Summary:
The Project Manager will oversee the construction of projects, bringing projects to completion within established timelines. This position requires collaboration with internal teams, contractors, suppliers, and other key stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project scope, budget, and timelines
- Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, and Construction teams
- Assist in managing construction contracts
- Lead project handover and closeout activities
Qualifications:
- 2 years' project management experience in commercial solar PV
- Understand the project development process, including regulatory, permitting, and local utility requirements
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
