What You’ll Do:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will play a pivotal role in reviewing existing Salesforce solution architectures, identifying opportunities for enhancements, and ensuring the platform evolves in line with business needs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement solutions that improve performance, scalability, and user experience.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Solution Architecture Review & Optimization: Conduct thorough reviews of existing Salesforce solution architecture to identify potential areas for improvement. Provide strategic recommendations to enhance the overall Salesforce platform performance, scalability, and alignment with best practices.
- Custom Development: Design, develop, and deploy complex Salesforce solutions, including Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to meet business requirements.
- Platform Enhancements: Evaluate and suggest improvements to existing Salesforce functionality, ensuring the platform evolves to meet current and future business demands.
- Integration Expertise: Lead the design and implementation of integrations with third-party systems, leveraging Salesforce APIs, middleware, and web services to streamline business processes.
- Data Modeling & Architecture: Work closely with teams to design robust data models and architectures that ensure efficient data flow and reporting within Salesforce.
- Best Practices & Governance: Establish and enforce best practices for Salesforce development, ensuring code quality, security, and maintainability. Review and mentor junior developers to promote a culture of continuous learning.
- Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: Provide expert-level support in troubleshooting complex technical issues related to Salesforce implementation and customization, ensuring a seamless experience for end users.
- Documentation & Training: Create comprehensive technical documentation for solutions implemented and assist with training internal teams on Salesforce platform features and enhancements.
What You’ll Need:
- 5 years of experience in Salesforce development, including Apex, Lightning components, Visualforce, and Salesforce integrations.
- Salesforce Omnistudio is a must.
- In-depth understanding of Salesforce architecture, including multi-cloud solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.).
- Proven experience in reviewing and optimizing Salesforce solution architecture and providing actionable recommendations for platform improvements.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce best practices and design patterns, including Governor Limits, bulkification, and performance optimization techniques.
- Expertise in integration techniques such as REST/SOAP APIs, middleware solutions, and third-party system integrations.
- Experience with Salesforce development tools such as Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II (or equivalent) certification required. Additional Salesforce certifications are a plus.
