What You’ll Do :
We are seeking a Business Analyst to support the Program Management Office (PMO) for a high-visibility encryption program. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of working across teams to track project progress, manage documentation, and facilitate communication between stakeholders. This role requires strong skills in business analysis, data visualization, stakeholder engagement, and process improvement.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to :
- Support PMO operations, assisting with tracking project deliverables, milestones, and key dependencies.
- Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), risk registers, and program dashboards to provide visibility into project status and risks.
- Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into actionable insights for the program team.
- Develop clear, concise, and well-structured presentations, reports, and decision-support materials for leadership.
- Facilitate stakeholder communication, ensuring alignment between business and technical teams.
- Conduct data analysis and reporting, utilizing tools like Excel and PowerPoint to present findings in a meaningful way.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of project documentation, including standard operating procedures, process flows, and decision logs.
- Support risk management activities by identifying potential issues, tracking mitigation plans, and ensuring timely resolution.
- Recommend process improvements, helping to optimize workflows and increase efficiency within the PMO.
- Assist in the preparation of materials for executive briefings, program reviews, and status meetings.
