Job Description :
We are seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) to join our surgical team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in assisting with major operating room procedures , ensuring a sterile environment, and supporting the surgical team.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare the operating room and surgical instruments for procedures.
- Scrub in on surgeries, maintaining a sterile field and assisting surgeons.
- Sterilize, set up, and organize surgical instruments and equipment.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort before, during, and after surgery.
- Monitor the sterile environment and enforce infection control standards.
- Maintain accurate records of surgical procedures, equipment, and supplies.
- Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and other surgical staff to ensure seamless operations.
