Clinical Nutrition Specialist

Job Summary :

Provide patient-centered nutrition services, including dietary planning, education, and care coordination. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care in a clinical environment.

Responsibilities :

Perform nutrition evaluations and develop care plans.
Educate patients and families on nutritional requirements.
Monitor and adjust dietary plans as needed.
Ensure compliance with all professional and institutional standards.

Qualifications :

CDR certification required.

NY State Registered Dietitian License preferred.

Current AHA BLS certification required.

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree strongly preferred.
