Clinical Safety Companion (Patient Watch Assistant)
Qualifications:
- CPR certification (or ability to obtain/renew certification)
- Basic knowledge of patient care, including assistance with mobility and hygiene
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with healthcare teams
- Strong observational skills and commitment to patient safety
- Must successfully pass pre-employment health clearance
Duties:
- Monitors patients requiring 1:1 observation to prevent falls, injury, or self-harm
- Provides comfort measures and assists with patient needs such as ambulation and toileting
- Works closely with nurses and medical staff to maintain patient safety
Pay: $55/hr to $60/hr
