Continuous Patient Observer (Safety Assistant)
Qualifications:
- CPR certification required or ability to obtain
- Experience providing basic patient care, including hygiene and mobility support
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Must successfully pass pre-employment health clearance
Duties:
- Provides continuous observation of patients at risk for self-harm or injury
- Assists with patient mobility, hygiene, and comfort needs
- Communicates patient status with nursing and medical teams
